How to Request Deletion
Email support@safedriveafrica.com from the email address you used in the app.
Subject: Account deletion request
Include: Your Driver Profile ID (available in App Settings) or Account Email.
What We Delete
- Account and driver profile
- Login email and credentials
- Trip records and raw sensor data (including location and motion data)
- Driving tips and AI-generated reports
- Questionnaire responses
- Fleet membership and assignment records
What We Keep
- Anonymized or aggregated research data for academic purposes only. This data cannot be linked back to you and may be retained for as long as necessary for road safety research and analysis.
Processing Time
We process all valid account and data deletion requests within 30 days.
